His research interests broadly involve Deep Learning, NLP and Computer Vision problems, also he is interested in researching dynamical systems and time-series identification. Vladyslav is a lecturer at CMAD department of NTU "KhPI" and MasterCode ML courses, he also used to teach part of advanced ML course at KhNURE.
ARTEM NIKULCHENKO
Chief Software Architect at Cloud Works
Kharkiv, Ukraine. Software Architect with 10+ years of experience in architecture and developing software (Cloud Works, Teamwork Commerce, IBM Research Lab in Zurich). Author and co-author of 20+ scientific papers.

Artem will represent the report «Converting monolithic .NET application into scalable micro-services». During this session, we will talk about ways of adapting those technologies into business-oriented applications, step-by-step instructions, proc and cons of such solutions, and challenges that would be faced during that process.
YURII SERHIICHUK
Lead Software Engineer at TeamDev (Kharkiv). Yurii is a certified Google Cloud Architect and Data Engineer passionate in Cloud development and Java. He has more than 7 years of commercial enterprise development experience in Java working as a Senior Java Developer and Team Lead.
The name of Yurii's report is: «GCP Server Environments in 40 minutes». In this talk, we'll discuss the server and hosting environments that GPC provides and analyze their pros and cons. During the talk, we'll slightly cover GCE as the IaaS from GCP, Cloud Run — the newest CaaS from Google, AppEngine Flex and Standard as PaaS solutions and finally Cloud Functions FaaS. We'll also see how to accomplish a pretty generic task using any of the highlighted services: how to build an auto-scalable application where the infrastructure will take care of the scaling by itself.
DMYTRO PANCHENKO
Machine Learning Engineer at AltexSoft (Kharkiv). Dmytro is a machine learning engineer strongly interested in the field of deep learning and its applications in computer vision. Currently he works with machine learning both in applied tasks and in academic research.
Dmytro will talk about «Optimizing neural networks for mobile with TensorFlow» — it's about deep learning applications on mobile devices. We are going to discuss:
– architectures which are usually used;
– network optimizations (pruning, etc.);
– deploying model to mobile with TensorFlow.
